Refined Signature Massage
- Our Signature Massage is a full body massage, a perfect combination of relaxing Swedish to a deeper more specific body work and a Hot Stone massage.
- With each Signature Massage, you will receive a hot towel treatment, trigger point therapy, aromatherapy, and a sugar foot scrub to remove dead skin.

Swedish Massage
- A Swedish massage is wonderful to relax tired muscles. The most common type of massage is Swedish Massage Therapy. It involves circular pressure applied by the hands and palms; it includes soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes on the topmost layers of the muscles. By relieving muscle tension and increasing blood flow, Swedish Massage Therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.

Neuromuscular Massage Therapy
