A Swedish massage is wonderful to relax tired muscles.
The most common type of massage is Swedish massage therapy. It involves circular pressure applied by the hands and palms; it includes soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles.
By relieving muscle tension and increasing blood flow, Swedish massage therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.

Deep Tissue Massage
Traditionally, a deep-tissue massage applies pressure to specific layers of muscle, tendons, and tissues deep underneath the skin. This modality is highly therapeutic and works for everyone, from athletes to employees working a 9-5 shift. Daily routines, like sitting at a desk can lead to chronic muscle tension. Deep tissue massage relieves these patterns and is extremely beneficial for the back, shoulders, and neck
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massages reach muscle layers to relieve tension. Hot stone massages are natural therapies in which warmed stones are positioned on parts of the client’s body to maximize the therapeutic benefit. The stones used are typically river rocks or other very smooth-surfaced stones made of basalt.
The heat from the stones helps your muscles relax, allowing the massage therapist to manipulate your deep tissues more effectively. The heated stones may provide the extra relaxation you need for the massage to be beneficial in releasing tension and easing sore muscles.
Hot stone massage is a better treatment option for stiff muscles. It may leave you feeling physically better than a Swedish or deep-tissue massage that does not incorporate heat.
ScalpMassage
Scalp Massages can be done with or without oil and will help you relax and help relieve tension headaches.
Scalp massages can also help relieve symptoms of migraine headaches in some individuals. It also helps you to unwind from daily routines, feels great and can help you feel more relaxed and content.
Lymphatic Massage (MLD)
A Lymphatic Massage treatment helps fluid flow back out of the limb. Lymphatic massages, also called lymphatic drainage or manual lymph drainage (MLD), is a technique developed in Germany for the treatment of lymphedema, an accumulation of fluid that can occur after lymph nodes are removed.
Lymphedema can develop after surgery or it can also be present at birth or develop at puberty or during adulthood.
Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy Massage utilizes essential oils to help you feel rejuvenated and fresh. Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to promote healing and a feeling of well-being and relaxation in the recipient. Essential oils are extracts from parts of herbs.
Blended oils are used for the massage. The massage can be a full body massage, taking in the back, chest, arms, legs, head and stomach, or a simple back massage or even a facial beauty massage. An aromatherapy massage is gentle, but firm. It usually begins with the back, buttocks and legs before you turn over and the therapist massages the front.
The oil is applied in long sweeping strokes and with a deeper massage, rolling and squeezing the skin and underlying muscles between the hands. Again, this should not be painful, but deeply relaxing.
Neuromuscular Massage Therapy
Neuromuscular Massage Therapy is the utilization of static pressure on specific myofascial points to relieve pain. This technique manipulates the soft tissue of the body (muscles, tendons and connective tissue) to balance the central nervous system.
In a healthy individual, nerves transmit impulses (which are responsible for every movement, function and thought) to the body very slowly. Injury, trauma, postural distortion or stress causes nerves to speed up their transmission, inhibiting equilibrium and making the body vulnerable to pain and dysfunction.
Neuromuscular Therapy is used to treat lack of blood supply to soften tissues, trigger points, nerve compression, postural distortion or biomechanical dysfunction.
